PSHE helps to navigate the turbulence and highlights of life and living. Through building confidence and skills children grow in self-belief and become well-rounded and grounded individuals. A healthy, happy and empathetic child encounters difficulties and challenges with spirit, determination and courage. Greater self-assurance paves the way to build meaningful and fulfilling relationships both in their personal life and in the world of work. They will feel comfortable to meet people from diverse backgrounds, have a moral compass to guide their lives and decisions and meet with confidence, their responsibilities to themselves and others.
