As you may know, the week beginning 6th February 2023 is Children’s mental health week.
As school councillors, we have decided to support this day by wearing our SCARF to school on Friday 10th February 2023. During the week, each child will also be completing an exciting booklet focused around the theme ‘Let’s Connect’ in school.
Children could also wear:
- Bright coloured clothes
- Rainbow coloured or patterned clothes
- Tie dye clothes
The choice is yours. If you don’t have anything you could make something, be creative!
Children will also have the chance, throughout the week, to come and have lunch or pop in for a chat at our ‘Let’s Connect’ lunchtime sessions.
We will be raising money for a charity called, ‘Place2Be’. It would be lovely to have a voluntary donation towards this worthwhile cause.
